Shipping Options:

- Standard Delivery: Free delivery on orders above ₹500, otherwise ₹10

- Express Delivery: ₹20 (available in select areas)

- Same-Day Delivery: ₹20 (available in select areas)

Shipping Timeline:

- Standard Delivery: 2-3 business hours 

- Express Delivery: 1-1.5 business hours 

- Same-Day Delivery: same day (orders placed before 12 pm)

Shipping Areas:

- We deliver to all areas within [insert city/region]

- Some areas may have limited delivery options or additional fees

Shipping Process:

- Orders are processed and packed within 1 hours

- Orders are handed over to our logistics partners for delivery

- Tracking information will be shared via SMS and email

Delivery Instructions:

- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address

- If no one is available, our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the order again the next day

- If the order is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to us and a refund will be processed
