Return Policy. Md mart 

At MD Mart, we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy.

Eligibility:

- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

- Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

- Items must not be damaged or altered in any way

Procedure:

1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery

2. Provide your order number and reason for return

3. Receive a return authorization number (RAN) from our team

4. Pack the item securely and attach the RAN to the outside of the package

5. Ship the package back to us within 7 days of receiving the RAN

Refunds:

- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving the returned item

- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment

- Refunds will include the full amount paid for the item, minus any shipping costs

Exceptions:

- Certain items, such as perishable goods and personal care products, are not eligible for returns

- Items that are damaged or altered in any way may not be eligible for returns
